Holders of diplomatic or service passports of certain countries may enter Iraq without a visa for 1-6 months (diplomatic passports) or 3 months (service passports). Diplomatic and official passport holders are waived visa fees. An official diplomatic letter from the Department of State is required for US diplomats.
