  Must be visiting Kenya for legitimate business purposes such as meetings, conferences, negotiations, or short-term business activities. Not for employment.

• Accommodation proof

  Provide hotel booking, tenancy evidence or host details that cover the planned stay.

  Accepted types: Hotel reservation or invitation letter from Kenyan business host; Must cover full stay: Yes

• Flight reservation

  Provide flight booking or itinerary evidence when the route asks for travel plans.

  Must be confirmed: No; Must show return: Yes

• Invitation letter

  Host requirements: Letter from Kenyan business host or company with details of business purpose and duration

How to apply

1. Online application

   Apply for an eTA through the official Kenya eTA portal. Select business as the purpose of travel.

2. Fee payment

   Pay the eTA processing fee of $30 USD online.

3. Processing wait

   Wait for eTA approval, typically within 3 business days.
