Holders of diplomatic, official, or service passports from specified countries do not require visa. Albania: 90 days within 365-day period. Bangladesh, Belarus, Brunei, China, Colombia, Cyprus, Iran, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Singapore: 30 days. Ecuador, Germany, Japan, Jordan, Portugal, Romania, Russia, South Korea, Switzerland, Spain: 90 days. Spain agreement ratified in early 2026.
