How to apply

  1. Online application

    Create account on Hayya platform (https://hayya.qa) and complete online application form with personal information and travel details.

  2. Document submission

    Upload passport scans, recent photograph, flight itinerary, and accommodation confirmation.

  3. Fee payment

    Pay non-refundable fee of QAR 100 online.

  4. Processing wait

    Application reviewed within 48-72 hours. Check status on Hayya platform.

  5. Visa collection

    Download approved eVisa from Hayya platform and print for travel.
