• Purpose of visit

  Must be attending a conference, seminar, workshop, or business event in Rwanda. Invitation from the event organizer is required.

• Photo

• Accommodation proof

  Provide hotel booking, tenancy evidence or host details that cover the planned stay.

• Invitation letter

  Host requirements: Invitation letter from the conference/event organizer with event details, dates, and venue

How to apply

1. Online application

   Apply online through the Irembo portal selecting 'Conference Visa' type, or obtain upon arrival with supporting documents.

2. Document gathering

   Prepare your passport, passport photo, invitation letter from event organizer, and proof of accommodation.

3. Fee payment

   Pay the conference visa fee of $50 USD.
