The M-Pensionado visa is for retirees with permanent pension income. 2026 requirement: minimum 3 SMMLV monthly pension (COP 5,252,715 or approximately $1,382 USD). Valid up to 3 years. After holding M visa for 5 years, can apply for permanent Resident Visa (Type R). Visa lost if absent from Colombia for more than 90 consecutive days.
