How to apply

1. Document gathering

   Obtain dispatch certificate from sending religious organization and invitation from receiving organization in Japan.

2. Processing wait

   Receiving organization applies for COE. Processing 1-3 months.

3. Document submission

   Apply for visa at Japanese Embassy/Consulate with COE.

4. Fee payment

   Pay visa fee of approximately 3,000 JPY.

5. Visa collection

   Collect visa and enter Japan.
