How to apply

Document gathering
Obtain employment contract from Czech employer for a high-qualification position with minimum gross salary of 69248 CZK/month. Gather degree certificates and have them recognized/nostrified if needed.

Fill out the EU Blue Card application form.

Pay 5000 CZK application fee.

Schedule appointment at Czech embassy/consulate.
