Work Visa (LD2 - With Work Permit)

LD2 visas are granted to foreigners who must have a work permit to work in Vietnam. Any foreign national who wants to work in Vietnam must obtain work permits unless they qualify for exemptions. Employers must submit work permit applications at least 13 working days before the foreigner is expected to start working.
