Journalist visa for media professionals covering Pakistan. Valid only for three cities: Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. Journalists cannot visit prohibited/restricted areas including defense installations. Consultation feedback required from Press Attaches and Link Offices of respective media houses. Pakistan-based and non-Pakistan based journalists apply online from outside Pakistan.

    Applicants may be called for interview before Visa Counselor at Embassy or Consulate General if required

  5. Processing wait

    Wait for processing including consultation feedback from relevant authorities

  6. Visa collection

    E-visa sent to registered email address upon approval
