Long-stay visa (Type D) for full-time students enrolled at accredited Bulgarian universities. Issued for 6 or 12 months with multiple entries. Not granted for language courses. Processing may take up to 6 months in specific cases. Must apply at the Bulgarian diplomatic mission in the applicant's country of permanent residence. Personal interview is mandatory. After arrival, applicants must apply for a residence permit.
