For holders of diplomatic or official/service passports from countries that do not have a bilateral visa exemption agreement with Norway. The visa is free of charge. Applications are processed through diplomatic channels (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) or via the Norwegian embassy/consulate. Diplomats being accredited to Norway receive a separate accreditation process through the Norwegian MFA.

4. Visa collection

   Collect visa through diplomatic channels or at the embassy/consulate.
