Citizens of Annex II countries can travel to Denmark and the Schengen Area without a visa for short stays up to 90 days within any 180-day period. This includes both countries listed in Annex II of EU Regulation 2018/1806 and countries with biometric passport visa exemptions (Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine). The 90-day period covers the entire Schengen zone plus Greenland and the Faroe Islands. ETIAS registration will be required from Q4 2026 onwards.

Citizens of Annex II countries as defined by EU Regulation 2018/1806 and biometric passport holders from visa-liberalized Western Balkan and Eastern European countries are exempt from visa requirements for short stays.
