Nationals of Annex II (visa-exempt) countries may enter Sweden visa-free for medical treatment lasting up to 90 days. For treatment exceeding 90 days, a visitor's residence permit for medical treatment must be applied for.

    Must be a national of a country listed in Annex II of EU Regulation 2018/1806.

  • Purpose of visit

    Must be traveling for medical treatment within the 90-day stay limit.
