How to apply

  1. Document gathering

    Employer gathers employment contract, company registration, and applicant's identification.

  2. Document submission

    Employer submits application to the cantonal migration authority.

  3. Processing wait

    Cantonal authority processes the application.

  4. Visa collection

    Employee enters Switzerland and registers at the communal office within 14 days. B permit card is issued.
