For senior managers and high-level experts being seconded (detached) to a French entity within the same corporate group. Crucially, the employee KEEPS their contract with the foreign employer (no French contract). Requires at least 6 months seniority in the group (3 months for graduate trainees). Minimum salary: 1.8x SMIC (EUR 2,738.20 gross/month). Maximum duration 3 years, non-renewable. Different from 'Salarie en Mission' which involves a French contract. Spouse and dependents receive accompanying family status.
