Nationals of Annex II countries under EU Regulation 2018/1806 may enter Estonia and the Schengen area without a visa for short stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period. The 90-day limit applies across ALL Schengen states combined, not per country. ETIAS pre-travel authorization (EUR 7, valid for 3 years) will be required from late 2026. Passport must have been issued within the previous 10 years. For Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia, visa-free access applies only to holders of biometric passports.
