Journalists and NGO workers are not eligible for the e-Visa and must obtain a visa through an Iraqi embassy or consulate. Applications can be submitted through Iraq's missions abroad, through the newspaper/news agency/satellite TV office in Baghdad with a letter to the Press Department at Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or through the journalist's embassy in Baghdad.
