Medical treatment visas are granted for the period corresponding to the treatment duration and can often be extended in special cases. Patients from visa-exempt countries (Australia, Britain, Canada, USA, EU countries, and others with agreements) can visit Israel without a visa for up to 90 days for medical treatment, but must obtain ETA-IL.
