Cultural exchange programme for nationals of Andorra, Iceland, Japan, Monaco, San Marino, and Uruguay aged 18-30. Also available to British Overseas Citizens, British Overseas Territories Citizens, and British Nationals (Overseas) aged 18-30. Can work, study, and travel freely. Cannot be extended. No dependants allowed. Must not have previously been in the UK on this scheme. No ballot required. Healthcare surcharge: £776 per year (discounted rate for YMS).
