How to apply

1. Online application

   Optional: Complete online pre-registration via Nepaliport portal (valid for 15 days)

2. Document gathering

   Prepare passport (valid for 6+ months), passport photo, and payment in USD or convertible currency

3. Document submission

   Submit application on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu), Pokhara International Airport, Gautam Buddha International Airport (Lumbini), or land border entry points

4. Fee payment

   Pay visa fee at immigration counter

5. Visa collection

   Receive visa stamp in passport immediately
