Effective August 10, 2025, all foreign nationals holding valid residency permits in GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) with at least 6 months validity can obtain tourist visa on arrival at any entry point. No nationality-based limitations - residents from India, Philippines, Pakistan, Egypt, and all other countries are eligible.
