Holders of diplomatic and official/service passports of 24 countries with bilateral visa exemption agreements do not require a visa. This includes 9 ASEAN nations (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam) and 15 other countries including Bangladesh, Brazil, China, Colombia, India, South Korea, North Korea, Mongolia, Russia, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Belarus, Morocco, Nepal, and Japan. Visa exemption for Belarus, Morocco, Nepal and Japan became effective September 7, 2023.
