For spouses, registered partners, and dependent children to join family members residing in Luxembourg. The sponsor must have been living in Luxembourg for at least 1 year before family members can apply (exception: EU Blue Card holders can apply immediately). The sponsor must have adequate accommodation and financial means. Follows the same two-step procedure: apply for temporary authorisation to stay, then Type D visa.
