For people who want to come to Australia to marry their prospective spouse who is an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible NZ citizen. Must marry within 9 months of arrival. After marriage, can apply for Partner visa (820/801) onshore. Must have met in person and be known to each other personally.
