Multiple entry visa valid for 6 or 12 months allowing multiple entries to Uganda during the validity period. Each stay is limited to 90 days per entry. Employment is prohibited without a separate work permit. Requires police clearance and recommendation letters from two referees in Uganda. Yellow fever vaccination is mandatory for all travelers over 1 year of age.

How to apply

  1. Document gathering

    Gather required documents: valid passport, police clearance certificate, recommendation letters from two referees in Uganda, copies of previous Uganda visas, cover letter stating reasons for multiple entry, and yellow fever certificate.

  2. Online application

    Complete the multiple entry visa application at the official Uganda immigration portal. Upload all required documents including passport bio-data page, photograph, police clearance, recommendation letters, and previous visa copies.

  3. Fee payment

    Pay the visa fee of $100 USD for 6-12 months validity. Payment is made online using credit or debit card at the time of application.

  4. Processing wait

    Wait for visa processing. Applications typically take 5-7 business days to process.

  5. Visa collection

    Once approved, download and print your multiple entry visa confirmation. Present it at port of entry along with passport and yellow fever certificate for each visit during the validity period.
