  • Nationality

    Must be national of country with which US maintains treaty of commerce and navigation. At least 50% of enterprise must be owned by treaty country nationals.

How to apply

  1. Document gathering

    Establish or acquire US business. Make substantial investment. Prepare business plan, financial documents, proof of investment.

  2. Online application

    Complete DS-160 visa application.

  3. Fee payment

    Pay visa fee $185 and schedule interview. $250 Visa Integrity Fee at issuance.

  4. Interview

    Attend interview with business plan, financial documents, investment evidence, ownership documents.

  5. Visa collection

    Collect passport with visa if approved.
