Processing time varies: citizens of 'business visa list countries' get e-visa within 24 hours, while 'non-business visa list countries' wait at least 4 weeks. Fee exemptions: Afghanistan, China, Japan, Iceland, Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia.
