Nationals of Annex II countries under EU Regulation 2018/1806 may enter Lithuania and the Schengen area without a visa for short stays of up to 90 days within any 180-day period. The 90-day limit applies across ALL Schengen states combined, not per country. ETIAS pre-travel authorization (EUR 7, valid for 3 years) will be required from late 2026. Passport must have been issued within the previous 10 years. For Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Kosovo, and Ukraine, visa-free access applies only to holders of biometric passports. The visa waiver for Vanuatu was permanently suspended from 3 February 2025.
