  • Employment letter

    Provide a signed employer letter confirming your role, leave dates, salary and return to work.

How to apply

  1. Document submission

    Submit visa application form, passport, assignment letter from media organization, equipment list with re-export certification, and photos for IPC accreditation.

  2. Processing wait

    Wait for DFA authorization and media accreditation approval. Processing takes 3-4 weeks.

  3. Fee payment

    Pay visa fee of $40 USD upon approval.
