Foreign nationals visiting temporarily for medical treatment or wellness procedures at Philippine medical/wellness institutions. Valid for 90 days with possibility of extension. Not a work visa; employment prohibited.

How to apply

  1. Online application

    Complete application at https://evisa.gov.ph or Philippine Embassy. Submit passport copy, medical acceptance letter, medical abstract, financial proof, and flight itinerary.
