An accompanying companion (spouse/family member) may also apply for a Non-Immigrant O visa as an attendant. For the Non-O visa application, a valid passport with 18 months validity is recommended. Thailand's medical tourism infrastructure includes JCI-accredited hospitals like Bumrungrad International, Bangkok Hospital, and Samitivej Hospital.
