Citizens of Annex II countries may enter Spain and the Schengen area without a visa for short stays up to 90 days within any 180-day period. From 2026, ETIAS authorization (EUR 7) will be required for visa-exempt nationals before travel. Entry/Exit System (EES) is being rolled out from October 2025.
