Nationality
Foreign workers need work permit unless they are EAEU citizens, highly skilled specialists, business owners, or executives. EAEU members (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan) exempt from work permits

Must have confirmed job offer from Armenian employer. Employer must demonstrate inability to find qualified local specialist

Provide a current CV showing education, work history and relevant qualifications.

Provide a signed job offer, contract or assignment letter showing the role, dates and employer.

Online application
Employer submits vacancy notification to MLSA to test Armenian labor market (5 days). Then employer applies for work permit at Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs via workpermit.am
