How to apply

1. Document gathering

   Gather diplomatic or service passport, verbal note from sending government, completed application form. Application must be submitted 2 months before planned departure.

2. Document submission

   Application submitted through the Czech MFA Diplomatic Protocol department. No fee required.

3. Processing wait

   Processing typically takes 30-60 days through the Diplomatic Protocol.

4. Visa collection

   Collect long-term visa. Upon arrival, register with the Czech MFA Diplomatic Protocol for accreditation.
