Electronic visas are available for citizens of most countries except Afghanistan, Cape Verde, DR Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Iraq, Jordan, Libya, Pakistan, Palestine, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Timor-Leste, and Yemen. Must arrive via Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport or Almaty International Airport. Requires invitation letter from a Kazakhstani organization (travel company for tourists).
