How to apply

  1. Document gathering

    Obtain invitation letter from Armenian host (citizen, company, NGO, or state body). Inviter submits application to Migration and Citizenship Service or MFA for approval

  2. Appointment booking

    Schedule appointment at nearest Armenian embassy or consulate

  3. Document submission

    Submit visa application with all documents at Armenian diplomatic post abroad

  4. Fee payment

    Pay consular fee AMD 5,000

  5. Processing wait

    Wait for visa processing. Statutory timeframe 15 days but may extend to about 1 month

  6. Visa collection
