Citizens of these countries can visit Norway and the entire Schengen Area without a visa for up to 90 days within any 180-day period for tourism, business meetings, or family visits. They cannot work in Norway during their visa-free stay. Some countries require biometric passports (e.g., Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine). The 90-day limit applies across ALL Schengen countries combined. ETIAS authorization will be required from Q4 2026.
