Free visa for travellers transiting through Australia to another country. Maximum stay is 72 hours. Citizens of ETA/eVisitor eligible countries can transit on those visas instead. Travellers from approximately 67 countries may be eligible to Transit Without a Visa (TWOV) if they have a confirmed onward ticket departing within 8 hours and do not leave the airport or clear immigration.
