Holders of diplomatic and official/service passports from many countries are exempt from the visa requirement for Denmark. Heads of state, members of national governments, and members of their official delegations are exempt from supplying biometrics when invited by Danish government or international organisations. Accredited diplomats posted to Denmark receive diplomatic residence cards. For countries not covered by bilateral agreements, diplomatic passport holders may still need to apply for a visa, though processing is expedited and fees are waived.
