Journalists and media representatives from Annex I countries requiring a Schengen visa must apply for a Type C short-stay visa for media/press assignments in Denmark lasting up to 90 days. The application follows the standard Schengen visa process with additional press-specific documentation. Journalists from visa-free countries can enter without a visa for short-term media assignments. For long-term media assignments, a residence and work permit may be required.
