If the applicant is already inside the UAE, additional fees apply: Knowledge Dirham AED 10, Innovation Dirham AED 10, and an inside-country fee of AED 500. Citizens of Iraq, Pakistan, Iran, and Afghanistan must also provide a copy of their national identity card.
