    Schedule an in-person appointment at the Czech embassy or consulate with territorial jurisdiction.

  5. Document submission

    Submit all documents in person. An interview may be conducted. Fingerprints are collected.

  6. Processing wait

    Processing takes 60-90 days. The Ministry of the Interior examines the application.

  7. Visa collection

    Upon approval, collect the long-term visa. Must submit proof of health insurance before visa is affixed.
