How to apply

Document gathering
Obtain employment contract or letter of intent from Czech employer. The position must pass the labor market test at the Czech Labor Office. Gather passport, photos, criminal record, accommodation proof.

Fill out the Employee Card application form. All documents must be submitted in originals with Czech translations.
