Indian nationals may be eligible for the 96-hour VFTF if they hold a valid visa or long-term pass (with at least 1 month validity from date of VFTF entry) issued by Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, or United States. They must also have a valid onward air, ferry, or cruise ticket departing Singapore within 96 hours. Extension of stay is strictly not allowed.

Nationals of CIS countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan), Georgia, Turkmenistan, and Ukraine may enter Singapore without a visa for up to 96 hours if they are in transit to or from any third country. They may enter Singapore by any mode of transport but must depart by air. Extension of stay is strictly not allowed. Assessment for entry is at the discretion of ICA officers at the checkpoint.

Selected PRC nationals may be eligible for the 96-hour VFTF. This applies to PRC nationals who do NOT hold ordinary, diplomatic, public affairs, or service PRC passports. They must hold a valid visa or long-term pass (with at least 1 month validity) issued by Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, or United States. Note: PRC nationals holding ordinary passports with 30-day visa-free access are not eligible for VFTF as they already have visa-free entry.
