Holders of diplomatic and official/service passports from these countries may enter Spain visa-free under bilateral agreements or general Schengen visa-exemption. Annex II nationals are already visa-exempt for all passport types. Additional countries with specific diplomatic passport agreements include Algeria, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Russia, Turkey, and Vietnam.
